Please note that all items are handmade and some even made to order. This means that when I don't have the item in stock,  it can take up to 3-4 weeks to make the item and make it ready for shipment. I will always contact you to let know how long it will take. You can always send me  message upfront to ask about production time.

National orders 

Packages will be shipped via registered mail and provided with a track&trace code. This code will be send to you as soon as the package has been posted. Within the Netherlands PostNL states to deliver packages within 2 business days after you received the track&trace code. Please note that this information is an indication provided by PostNL and that we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information.

 

International orders

Shipping costs for our jewelry are based on the destination of your order. Packages will be shipped  via registered mail and provided with a track&trace code. This code will be send to you as soon as the package has been posted.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please start with sending us an email at hello@tigerpopamsterdam.com explaining us why you want to return the received item. When doing so, please let us know the order number (stated at the invoice) and at what date you have received the jewelry.

Please await our further communication in which we can advise you on next steps.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your items should be send back to us with registered mail so it will be insured. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
